Judges’ Commentary:

Carl: This plan also allows for views from every room. The staircase wrapped around the waterfall in the foyer is a unique focal point. The rooms are large enough for entertaining, and the lower level has something for everyone. My favorite space in this design, though, is the library over the office, which would be the perfect place to get lost in a book.
