Financing Facts

Why it's important to talk about money.

Face the facts. It’s always better to talk about money than to shy away, and it’s particularly true when considering just what is and isn’t financially feasible in the financing of a log or timber home. It’s perfectly fine to dream big, but be prepared for the reality check that must inevitably follow. The dream will become reality only to the extent that the pocketbook can bear and sustain the load.

In this free article, Jay Parmeter, president and co-owner of Golden Eagle Log & Timber Homes discusses the realistic truths of financing a log or timber home.
