Whisper Creek Log Homes has created a unique build process that combines the beauty of a handcrafted log home with the integrity of modern building methods. Utilizing hand-peeled round logs as the exterior finish, we have created a proven, system-built, structurally-sound product.
Whisper Creek Log Homes have the authentic look and feel of a traditional log home without the shortfalls and maintenance associated with traditional log home construction.
Your home will be manufactured in one of our state-of-the-art indoor manufacturing facilities. This allows us to build your home components to exact specifications without the adverse effects of an onsite build, such as inclement weather, unqualified contractors and waste.
Each home features precision built 2-by-6 construction with a hand-planed custom log exterior. Our 18 log home models and hundreds of plans range in size from 725 to more than 6,000 square feet and meet the North American Uniform Building Code. Each home is designed to respond to extreme climate conditions with snow load and sheer wall ratings that meet or exceed industry standards. Walls are delivered with maintenance- free all-weather vinyl windows already installed.
Choose to finish the exterior your way by choosing from traditional round log or Appalachian-style square timber. Our hand-planed logs are finished with your choice of stain and chink colors provided by the finest companies in the industry.
Once your home's exterior is complete, you will enjoy the flexibility and easy installation of interior finishes with conventional electrical, plumbing and insulation. Choose finishes ranging from rustic log to standard dry wall. Cabinets and kitchen components can be installed just like a normal home saving you time and money.
