Our mill turns nature’s most beautiful building materials into your dream home, the home that expresses you and your lifestyle in a most distinctive way.
The manufacturing facility is located in the heart of the Norway pine and white pine timber region. The hardy pine is abundantly available and only the highest-quality logs are selected for use in a Voyageur log home. Our goal is to provide you, the customer, with the highest-quality log home at a reasonable price.
Voyageur Log Homes offers a range of services. Design and building assistance is available for the do-it-yourselfer. Homes can be purchased as log wall packages with referral to one of our experienced crews to complete your home. Individual attention is given to special designs and requests.
Voyageur Log Homes offers a planning package designed to guide a home buyer from the initial dream stage through the initial building stage. Included is a step-by-step planning guide to help organize and transform thoughts and ideas into a custom floorplan. Several distinctive floorplans and related prices are also included.
Voyageur Log Homes utilizes the most advanced log building system known today, featuring: 16-foot standard lengths, with lengths up to 36 feet also available; extra-wide double tongue-and-groove logs; exclusive tongue-and-groove saddle-notched corners; adhesive butyl rubber double air seal; floor-to-ceiling internal bolts; log purlins; choice of 8- or 10-inch logs; log trusses; log rafters; D log and rectangular log with dovetail corners. Voyageur Log Homes’ rigid quality control ensures that you own the finest log home available. We also make half-log siding, 8 or 10 inch, and log stairs and railings.
