Editors’ Commentary:
Rather than dedicating square footage to a formal foyer, the home’s entrances take you right into the main living/dining area, featuring a peaked wall of windows for taking in the spectacular views.
The galley kitchen offers a little less walking room, but still has plenty of countertop space for adequate prep and cooking areas. It also leads into the cleverly placed laundry room/back entrance for easy grocery drop-off.
Upstairs, no space is wasted on a substantial loft. Instead, two matching bedrooms offer plenty of room for dwellers and each have their own full bath.
