The footprint features an assortment of corner junctions—rooms jut out here and in there—creating a wonderful rhythm within the space, as well as awesome outdoor nooks at each entry point. What’s really cool about The Shenandoah, though, is that the kitchen has finally taken center stage. For years, the cooking and eating space has been inching its way over to great-room status as the nucleus of the home and the area where living begins. With this plan, it has finally arrived.
