| Sleek bar stools and a granite countertop and backsplash give the kitchen a contemporary feel. "I really love the granite," Phyllis says. The flooring throughout most of the house is quarter-sawn wide-plank maple. |

| Light pours through the patio doors and windows that stretch to the top of the cathedral ceiling. The light fixtures throughout the home are Kalco ponderosa pine. |
