Whether you want to purchase your logs by the linear foot or are in need of a log package, Old Timer can supply you with an estimate at no charge.Old Timer Log & Supply primarily manufactures eastern white pine heartwood, but we are not limited to this species; cypress, Douglas fir and western red cedar logs are available upon request. All Old Timer logs are kiln-dried to 19 percent or less moisture content. We understand the imporatnce of kiln-drying and take great care to ensure the process is properly administered. Each Old Timer log is thourougly inspected and grade stamped according to the Timber Products Inspection Agency standards to a log wall 30 or better. Old Timer manufactures several variations of our D-style, square chink, wide-V square and round profiled logs. With Old Timer's five fully automated mills in operation, our flexibility in manufacturing offers our customer a variety of materials, from standard to custom. Our logs are manufactured with a single tongue-and-groove and are joined together wood on wood contact; no styrofoam or spline fillers. We offer several surface finishes for a handcrafted appearance. Old Timer's corner systems include butt and pass, insertion, dovetail and saddle-notch. Old Timer has a gallery of standard floor plans ranging from 800 to 3,000 square feet.
