This post-and-beam home features large diameter western red cedar, which was salvaged by helicopter logging a burn on the steep banks of the Nahatlatch River. The design was inspired by the customer’s vision of a vanishing edge pool. The customer’s vision, a very tight wood spec, and the sloped lot became the governing design factors of this award winning log home.
