What are SIPs? Insulspan Structural Insulating Panels (SIPs) are building components that allow you to build and super-insulate your home or commercial building in one step. Insulspan SIPs are a "sandwich" of performance-rated oriented strand board (OSB) structurally laminated to a continuous core of expanded polystyrene (EPS) insulation. The resulting panel is a super-insulator that vastly improves building energy efficiency compared to stick-framed construction.
