Log Homes of America Inc. is a dealer/member manufacturing and service organization. Since its beginning in 1989, LHA has supplied its dealer membership with high-quality log home components so that these dealers can better supply their customers with quality-built log homes.
With a primary mill located in the foothills of North Carolina and outsource mills scattered throughout the marketing area, Log Homes of America Inc. is able to provide almost any profile and species of log the customer desires. However, when experience shows that a particular profile or species has not performed well, that information is passed on to the prospective log home owner. Care is taken to see that the corners and butt joints are joined properly and that top-of-the-line sealants are used between and on the exterior of the logs.
Plans are computer generated in-house with careful attention to structural integrity. Construction details are provided to assure proper erection. Our in-house grading of materials at Log Homes of America Inc. is far more stringent than professional grading, which it also employs.
Our strength is in our membership. The dealer/members have proven themselves to be professionals in their field. From the showing of their model, description of materials supplied to erection of the package, honesty and integrity will be their guiding principles.
