Welcome! The Leelanau Log Home Company LLC is an authorized dealer and licensed builder for CNW Log Homes of America Inc. We're located in beautiful Northern Michigan with two custom model homes to show you, serving Michigan and the Great Lakes Region.
As an independent dealership, we represent multiple manufactures and feature a wide selection of quality custom homes including Log, Timber Frame, Handcrafted, Swedish Cope, Hybrid, Panelized and Stick-Built Log Sided Homes. Our dealership offers:
Custom floorplan design:
We'll help you design the perfect floorplan that fits your lifestyle, budget and architectural design wishes. We also offer a selection of standard floorplans that can be customized. Each floorplan design is professionally drafted and engineered.
Building site evaluation and planning:
An important step in the process is to develop a site plan to build your custom home. We'll walk your property with you and offer suggestions for the best possible place for your custom home. We consider your design, solar angles, window location, topography, views, trees, etc. when developing your site plan.
Preliminary budget planning and cost estimates:
We'll work with you to develop a budget and provide you with a construction cost estimate based on your design. We have planning tools that can help you define your design and aid in making the materials and amenity selections.
Weather-tight to turn-key construction options:
As licensed builders (Michigan) we offer flexible construction options and competitive prices for weather-tight to turn-key custom home projects. Ask us for a free construction quote.

Technical assistance for the do-it-yourself homeowner:
When you purchase a custom home package from us we offer on-site training for 2-4 days to get you started at no cost to you. We also offer technical assistance by phone or email and will arrange to make on-site inspections throughout the construction process.

We offer exterior log maintenance programs for every budget. From 1, 3, 7 or 10 year programs our professional maintenance plans offer you the peace of mind that your investment will last for generations.
