Our value proposition is to provide luxury log homes from design through final landscaping by servicing you before, during, and after construction.The Jubach Company owns hundreds of acres in the Hocking Hills area with parcels carefully carved into lots of 3 to 30 acres. Many of the lots have wonderful natural features such as rock formations, waterfalls, streams and underground springs of pure water; and some lots are located adjacent to state parks and forests. Our Mission Our mission is to provide a complete turn-key log home property by handling all aspects of developing your property. Our turn-key solutions can start from the design of driveway/road system, installation of water/septic, electric, final landscaping and construction of a quality, fully customizable log home that is ready to move into in a short period of time. Quality The Jubach Company will only build a quality product. To that end we employ skilled craftsmen and tradesmen whose work exhibits the care and attention to detail that meet our quality standards. To match the quality level of our craftsmen we use top rated, premium products in our log homes. Our exteriors are built using pine logs harvested locally from the southeast area of Ohio. The exteriors are treated with One TIME Wood Protector that penetrates the wood deeply and protects against water damage, as well as UV damage caused by sunlight and natural weathering. It also helps prevent chalking and related wash-down staining. We install Rainhandler Rain Dispersal Systems that are self-cleaning which means no more old fashion gutters to clean and maintain. This system keeps leaves and other debris from collecting and prevents destructive ice dams from forming as well as minimizes ground erosion. Local skilled stonemasons, still practicing their disappearing art, are employed for construction of our stone fireplaces and chimneys. The hard wood used in our interiors is grown locally and crafted by our exclusive cabinet shop. This wood is used throughout the interiors of the house from the floor, cabinets, paneling, railing, and other finishing trim. Our interiors include premium building materials such as Pella Windows/Doors, premium GE Appliances, Kohler fixtures, and Formica Counters. Upon completion, a final landscaping is applied using local stones and rocks to enhance the woodland beauty of the surrounding area and Log Home. However, our interaction doesn't stop there! All of our log homes come with a 2 year warranty and we will be there to cover any and all labor or material related issues and promise to not just build your home, but build a relationship |
