I also would like to know the estimated cost of this home? I would tend to think that it depended on the proximity to the proper building materials, the remoteness of the property on which you would like to build and transportation charges and typical construction costs. Hey. I don't own a cabin and really don't know too much about them. I have stayed in a couple in the North Carolina mountains, but all seemed beautiful; but, too costly to me. It would be nice for someone to give me a really good ballpark figure for a complete job; assuming basic stuff. Uh oh! Here's the loophole. I guess what is basic to one is not basic to another!

I've been admiring this cabin since its cover feature. However, I believe its exterior asthetics could be improved noticably by increasing the dormer window size slightly and reducing the dormer facia at the cost of some insulation and related framing. A full basement makes this a low footprint palace for a family of 4.

You will need to contact the company that built the house to get a price quote for your area.

I am a salesman in the Western Division for Satterwhite Log Homes. The location is really a big issue in the cost of construction. Most of us as sale offices can identify the cost of the materials. and a general "rule of thumb" can get you pretty close on the cost of build out. Log homes can be, and are affordable to most of us, if the right building system is bought.
