Multiple entrances into the main living/dining/kitchen area of the home make it easy to drop off groceries or haul luggage to exactly where you need it.
Although the master bedroom suite technically is located on the second floor, two spacious main-level bedrooms could be options for the future when climbing stairs may pose a problem.
