 Judges' Commentary:Mira Jean: This plan makes innovative use of curved elements and boasts a good separation of bedrooms. The adjacent studio apartment is a very livable space. Kyle: The curvilinear elements that link both the main house to the studio apartment and the main living areas to the outside create an organic connection to nature. This is another plan that’s divided exceptionally well between public and private areas. The expansive kitchen/dining/great room seems well-proportioned and is clearly defined through the use of interior columns. Square Footage: 3,547 |
