Editors’ Commentary:
In this plan, the main living areas consist of an open kitchen, great room and outdoor porches and balconies. But, although the main spaces may be limited, plenty of square footage is dedicated to these areas, allowing enough room for family and friends to gather.

The master bathroom is like a private sanctuary, with his-and-hers vanities, a jetted tub and walk-in shower. Also, the sizeable closet comes with built-in shelving and plenty of space to share.
