Fritz Comfort Homes, Inc. opened in 2006 to serve Colorado selling log homes. Later that year, we opened Fritz & Rowley Construction, which operates in all phases of construction, but specializes in log home builds. Since that time, the family business has been busy in all aspects of the home construction industry. Jim and Sherry Fritz previously owned a campground in Castle Rock, Colorado. Sherry's love of the Colorado outdoors and Jim's love of power equipment gave them the inspiration to start the log home business. This led to the whole family becoming involved.
Tony Fritz is a general contractor and offers the skills and experience to perform all aspects of your log home build. Jason Fritz also is involved in the building of log homes offering his inspiration and passion in every build. Mike and Corri Rowley (Corri was formerly a Fritz prior to Mike sweeping her off her feet) take care of the sales, books, office work, and other important aspects of running a business. Mike is also a general contractor. Samuel, Mike and Corri's new addition, is anxious to help by showing his building skills already with the set of building blocks that he stacks quite high.
