The open plan features log rafters over the living room, a detached double garage, three spacious bedrooms, a kitchen with eat-at bar and a rear entry drop zone.- The shallow roof line was designed to provide a stable slope for a living roof, which reduces the heating and cooling costs for the home, increases the lifespan of the home, reduces storm water run-off and filters pollutants and carbon from the air.
