Our fasteners-of-choice are 10-inch lag bolts offering exceptional "hold down" capability. Log end joints are sealed with 1 1/2-inch-thick urethane blocks, surrounded by a double-caulking bead designed to keep the weather outside. Consumers can select one of our many log profiles or mix them within the same log home package. Our trademark rustic hand-peeled log style is cut from Norway red pine with the widest profile measuring a full 9 to 11 inches in diameter. Our contemporary, milled styles come in 6 1/2-inch, 7 1/2-inch and 8 1/2-inch widths and are milled from select eastern white pine.
