In business for 25 years, Contemporary Log Homes LLC produces and packages materials for log structures.
We are manufacturers and a parent company, not distributors for another producer. This allows us to maintain high quality and low, competitive prices. The most commonly requested products, and our standard, are milled Swedish-cope and D-shaped wall logs. These logs are graded and stamped. The standard materials we use for our wall logs consist of standing dead lodgepole pine and Douglas fir. These are very dry and very cost-effective materials, provided by Contemporary Log Homes LLC.
We produce each package to the customer’s specifications and can accommodate any style, size or material the customer might want. Our company is structured on the basis that everyone wants something different and we have the capacity to provide it, whether just logs, materials or complete packages.
After 25 years in business, we have breached most challenges faced with log construction. Our through-bolting system, along with dry logs that average 13 percent moisture content, has enabled us to reduce wall shrinkage to a minimum—a major factor in log construction.
We strive to excel in technical and design disciplines, as an architect is one of the company’s partners. We enjoy providing a full realm of architectural services to our clients. This, coupled with our manufacturing skills and knowledge, helps create attractive and cost-effective structures.
Contemporary Log Homes LLC is based in Arizona and now has expanded with a new office in Pennsylvania. From these two offices we can accommodate sales throughout the United States.
