Kuhns Bros. Log Homes Unveils New Home Design Book
Lewisburg, PA : Kuhns Bros. Log Homes recently unveiled their highly anticipated "Masterpieces Plan Book." The homes featured in the book are designs that vary from cozy to grand in size along with individualized design perfections in mind!
"Masterpieces" includes a vast selection of magnificent plan designs - a total of 78 distinctive designs to be exact! Included in this count are 30 custom designs, 29 “Signature Designs”, and 19 “Destinations Designs”. The homes selected for this piece were chosen to illustrate capability and variety….and there’s a lot of that! The custom design section reflects each individual log home buyer with completely individualized elevations and floor plans…from window schematics to roof lines to porches and decks, log styles and corner options! The custom plans provide a taste of .’ capabilities in log home design.
Each design includes a professional photo-realistic rendering of the front and rear of the home. The homes were rendered with ‘diversity’ in mind…each home is in a unique setting - from a residential backdrop to an extreme southwest, winter landscape. Each home illustrates the use of various options: this includes log profile and corner options and shingle, stain, window and stone colors and styles.
The book itself includes an embossed, wrap-around cover made of suede-like paper. These features give a look and feel like no other. The cover is strong and durable, yet it allows the book to have a soft, warm presentation.
The three design sections (Customs, Signatures, and Destinations) are tabbed for easy navigation and include an area for personal notes and a table of contents for each section. For added convenience, a complete Index of Homes, sorted by square footage, is included in the back of the book.
