The package includes precut walls, gables and roof rafters; porch rafters and posts; ceiling and laminated ridge beams; decking for roof loft or second floor; Andersen Perma-Shield® windows with Low-E4TM insulated glass, screens and trim; Therma-Tru Doors, snow blocks; 10-inch Alta-Max log screws, hardware and caulking. Packages come with a 10 year owner transferable factory warranty covering design and manufacturing.
Special features include accurately machined custom log-locking grooves and precut logs to eliminate any job-site fitting. Dealers and certified builders use the company’s comprehensive construction details. And because most, if not all, of the fitting work on Alta log structures is done at the factory, a minimum amount of manpower and time is required at the building site, resulting in one of the lowest construction costs in the industry.
