 Editors' Commentary:Talk about squeezing a lot of stuff into a not-so-big space! Three sizeable bedrooms are incorporated into this design, each with its own reading area, ample closet and full bathroom. One bedroom is even adjacent to the washer/dryer, making laundry drop off a breeze. Although the first floor is technically open, the kitchen is tucked behind the staircase, creating a more quiet and private cooking retreat, while still being part of the main living areas. Upstairs, a modest loft allows for an “open to below” area or, if you need more sleeping quarters for family and friends, that space can easily be turned into another bedroom. Square Footage: 1,940 |
