Editors’ Commentary:
Talk about squeezing a lot of stuff into a not-so-big space! Three sizeable bedrooms are incorporated into this design, each with its own reading area, ample closet and full bathroom. One bedroom is even adjacent to the washer/dryer, making laundry drop off a breeze.
Although the first floor is technically open, the kitchen is tucked behind the staircase, creating a more quiet and private cooking retreat, while still being part of the main living areas.
Upstairs, a modest loft allows for an “open to below” area or, if you need more sleeping quarters for family and friends, that space can easily be turned into another bedroom.
