| Judges' Commentary: Mira Jean: This is a sweet little plan that makes sense. It has a nice point of entry, and the exterior decks on the second level are an interesting amenity. Carl: This plan has an open feel that’s highlighted by an outstanding kitchen design. There’s a lot of outdoor living, off both the first and second levels. The entire second level has a lot a character for the homeowner. The open bedroom, fireplace and large deck are great design touches. Square Footage: 1,313 |
